Travel/Living information for SimplexGrinnell employees

 

All SimplexGrinnell employees who have registered in a Simplex or EZCare course presented by TFPP Training (Westminster) will receive an email from the Tyco LMS with a link in it for a Travel Services Request Form. This form must be completed by the employee, and your manager's pre-approval email for this training must be attached. Once submitted the request will automatically be forwarded to the SimplexGrinnell Travel Coordinator. 

The travel agency will consider receipt of the submitted form as approval to make the necessary travel and living arrangements for the SimplexGrinnell employee.  Airline tickets, hotel reservations, meals and ground transportation are provided based on information in the Travel Services Request form.

An Itinerary will be sent to the student's email, as found on the submitted Training Services Request form.  If you have not received your itinerary at least 10 days prior to the class start date please contact the SimplexGrinnell Travel Coordinator at  (561) 210-5023 or via email at  coordinator@cdmeetings.com
